About firm

We would like to introduce you Plzeňské dílo, v.d., firm, whose tradition goes down to 1945.

Used technologies:

• Injection moulding of thermoplasts incl. injection moulding with nitrogen
• two component processing
• pressing of thermosets
• assembly and completing
• production of moulds incl. maintenance und repairs

Production equipment consists for the most part of the newest press machines – see further and we are able to reach the highest quality of products.

Majority of production heads for export to the lands of EU.

Quality assurance system is certified according to ISO 9001/2000.Our excellent rank between the 100 best Czech firms in 2005 illustrates our abilities.

Management of the firm, injection moulding of thermoplasts are situated in Plzen, next to motorway D5 (EXIT 73), about 80 km from border crossing Waidhaus/Rozvadov. Pressing of thermosets is located in establishment in Velhartice, about 60 km from Plzen. We have also our own tooling place for maintenance and repairs of moulds.

At present we have about 120 employees.
